Temporary Swimming Pool

Clayton St John believes in providing all children with the opportunities to learn, flourish and develop independence. As part of the national curriculum for Year 5, we hired a temporary heated swimming pool for 6 weeks in September 2025 to provide lessons for all Year 5 children.

Utilising the Sports premium, we also provided swimming lessons to children in Year 3 & 4. Children in other years groups were also offered the opportunity to swim, learn water safety and have fun in a safe environment.

The swimming pool is heated and has 2 trained lifeguards and is fully risk assessed.
