I know from teaching you all, just what lovely friends you all are in year 5. 

Let's try to help a boy called Jay today...

Jay enjoys drawing cartoons and skateboarding. Jay is quiet and thoughtful, has good friends and likes school.
Mostly Jay feels generally happy, although like everyone, Jay has ups and downs.
Jay has recently started feeling a little more sad. He thinks that this is because he hasn't been able to see his friends for a while.

He could phone his friends

Help a relative with shopping or gardening

Stroke a pet (This was Sunny's idea)

Play a game
