Born to be Wild

This week we are starting a new topic called 'Born to be Wild'. Throughout this topic we will be learning lots of new things including: 


- learning about animals and their habitats in our local environment as well as across the world

- looking at how we can group and classify animals

- learning about how the changes in the environment can pose dangers to living things

- learning skills such as map reading.  


Today we are going to learn how to read a map. You will also be drawing your own map of your local area. Don't forget to post these on the blog!
