Looking After Your Teeth

 

Carefully take your egg shells out of the different liquids and dry them. What do you notice? Which liquids damaged the shells and which liquids didn't? If you didn't do the experiment at home - don't worry. Mrs Freibach is going to post a picture on here showing her results. 

Fill in the sheets below, and then in your own words write a conclusion. Put your results and conclusion on the blog, we would love to see them.

What do you notice? Has the shell changed shape? Has the colour changed? Are there some bumps on some of the shells? Why do you think this is? 

In my experiment, I also used no added sugar fruit squash. What do you notice about that shell?
