Some of our words have had a little accident today and they have lost some of their letters.
Can you find what letter is missing and fill it in?
Now you have learnt about the Seaside in the past, write down 4 sentences that tell me about what the seaside was like in the past.
What were your favourite facts?
What have you learnt?
Use the sheet below and the picture to help you.
Today we are going to think about writing questions.
A question is something that we can ask someone. We ask questions when we want to find out information.
Remember, a question end with a question mark ? and not a full stop.
If you could ask Mr Grinling a question what would you like to ask?
Write 5 questions that you would like to ask Mr Grinling.
Post your questions onto the blog so that we can see them.
Today we are going to look at finding one more and one less than a number.
To do this we can use a number line to help us.
To find one more, we need to look at the next number on the number line (or add one more to the number)
To find one less, we need to look at the number before on the number line (or subtract one from the number)
Use the video below to help you and then try the questions.

This week we are going to try some artwork based on our English work.
We are going to make our own front cover for the book 'The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch'.
Use whatever you have at home (paint, pens, pencils, glitter) to make a picture showing the seaside and the lighthouse. You could also add a title.
Here is the original front cover and an example to help you.
Put your pictures on the blog to brighten up our day!!
